Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual complaint men have. It’s typically defined as climaxing in less than two minutes after penetration.

While premature ejaculation (or “PE”) is seen more often in younger men, it’s not that uncommon among older men as well.

First, please understand that there’s very likely nothing wrong with you physically.

Second, you might be relieved to learn that there ARE effective measures you can take to prevent it from happening again.

What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Causes of premature ejaculation can range from inexperience and anxiety to conditioning caused by masturbation. It can also be caused by psychological issues.

But let’s have a closer look at the two main causes of PE: control and conditioning.

PE Causes: Control

If you’re new to sex or have just begun having sex again after a long hiatus, or perhaps you don’t engage in sex regularly, you may find yourself having issues with control.

Control issues will be much easier to deal with if you have an understanding partner. If you find yourself ejaculating prematurely, you can let your partner know that you were so excited by her that you just couldn’t help yourself.

Quick Fixes to Help Make you… Not So Quick!

The following four “quick fixes” are simple but highly effective solutions to help you increase the duration of your sexual encounters.

Quick Fix #1: Wear a Condom

Wearing a condom will help you last longer by reducing the sensation to your penis. The stiffer the condom, the more your sensation will be reduced. This can cause problems, however, when you switch to having sexual activities without condoms.

Quick Fix #2: The “Pinch Technique”

Here’s how the pinch technique works… During sex, pull out before you hit the “Point of No Return” and give the head of your penis a firm (but not painful) pinch. This will set the point-of-no-return clock back a bit.

In my opinion, this is much better than the commonly advised “think about something unsexy” method to prevent ejaculating too quickly.

After all, sex is supposed to be pleasurable for us guys, too!

Quick Fix #3: Gear Up for Round Two!

If you’re anticipating a sexual encounter, ejaculating prior to it will allow you to last longer when you’re ready to go again.

You could handle round one on your own, or simply do it with your partner… since going in for round two is sure to impress her!

Quick Fix #4: Get Comfortably Numb

Step 3: AFTER the third time, you may ejaculate if you wish.

What you are doing with this exercise is building up endurance. As time goes by, your first sensation of ejaculation should take longer to achieve.

It’s important to try to practice this exercise every day if you are having problems with premature ejaculation.

Final Words of PE Wisdom

I want to leave off today with a warning: There are some forms of medications and drugs that can delay ejaculation as a side effect. Under no circumstances should you take any medications that are meant for a different purpose in the hope of delaying your orgasms!
